Trevor Fortune

Trevor Fortune, He born in Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean, He has been living in Canada for 44 years.

Trevor Fortune is a Social Entrepreneur with a passion for technology. His life-long experience in micro and small business ranges from the crafts and gift products industry, international trade between Africa, the Caribbean and North America and as a fundraiser for charities and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Fortune has obtained a Diploma in Business Administration and a Certificate in International Trade from Ryerson University. He has a Certificate of Participation in Microfinance from FOROMIC International Conference in Barbados, and a Certificate in Microfinance from Coady International Institute, St. Francis Xavier University. He obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing/Internet Marketing, from the Canadian Marketing Association. His most enduring passion however, is what he learned as a young man, and that is to identify locally available raw materials in the Caribbean and Africa to develop marketable products and services. Mr. Fortune expects to use his network to access technology and innovation, including financing to develop entrepreneurs for sustainable micro and small business development in Africa.
